Learn to perform the basic X-ray exams that help providers diagnose and treat patients on the spot.
Limited scope radiographers perform basic diagnostic X-ray exams, such as imaging of the chest, spine and extremities, in outpatient settings. They position patients, operate imaging equipment and follow radiation safety practices that protect patients and staff.

What You'll Study
The program prepares you to safely produce basic diagnostic X-ray images. Coursework covers patient positioning, equipment operation, image quality and radiation protection.
