Presenter Instructions
The 39th Annual Student Research Forum will be held on Monday, March 22, 2027 in the Maxine A. Smith University Center Ballroom and is open to undergraduate students only.

- Posters MUST BE set up at destined times (please see the schedule). IT IS UP TO THE STUDENT TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL THE TRI-FOLD POSTER (dimensions, 36 x48 inches flat, 36 x24 inches folded).
- When you arrive, register, pick up your name tage and packet.
- Look for your assigned table number and set up your TRIFOLD POSTER.
- Judging begins an hour after your destined setup time.
- Please be present for judges to talk with you.
