Session on Public Health Diplomacy Education for a Complex World

Dr. Joshi will present with Dr. , Dr. Josep Figueras and the session, 鈥�Public Health Diplomacy Education for a Complex World: Preparing the Future Workforce,鈥� which will explore how schools and programs of public health can equip graduates with the competencies needed to navigate today's evolving health landscape. Organized by the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) and 榴莲视频 School of Public Health, the session will focus on the growing importance of public health diplomacy, including negotiation, collaboration, intercultural communication, and relationship-building across sectors and borders. Speakers will discuss how these skills are becoming essential for addressing complex health challenges that require cooperation among governments, international organizations, communities, and private-sector partners.
As public health challenges become increasingly interconnected, global, and politically complex, educators and leaders are recognizing the need to prepare future professionals with skills that extend beyond traditional public health training.
